Campaign Triggers

After the Reservation was Updated or After the Reservation and Space Type was Updated

NB: A guest email update will not trigger the schedule, but if the email changes, all schedules will be sent to that email.

 

Logic behind:

  • If the reservation was created less than 30min before an update was made, no Update campaign will be scheduled/sent.
  • If a previous update has been scheduled, no further updates should be scheduled if the changes are within 30 min.
  • The schedule gets sent 30 min after the last update, to gather all changes in the 30min period
 

NB:

After sending the Update Campaign, you have 30 minutes to make any new changes.

The Update Campaign scheduled that is sent will always contain the latest information. Even if you update it twice, it will get the data from the second one but be scheduled on the first one.

 

Example:

  • Reservation created: 18h00
  • Reservation 1st updated: 18h29 - no update campaign is sent
  • A 2nd update is made: 18h30 - update campaign is scheduled and will be sent in 30 minutes, no matter what.
  • 3rd reservation update is made: 18h59:59 - no update campaign is sent
  • 4th update is done: 19h00 - update campaign is scheduled again and will be sent in 30 minutes.
