Metrics tracked:
- Email: Opens + Clicks (specific link clicks if shortener is active).
- SMS: Opens + Clicks (if shortener is active).
- WhatsApp: Opens only (WhatsApp limitation).
Shorten Links - Campaigns
- Turning Off Shortening: Available on the review & publish page under ‘Advanced Settings’. Note that tracking capabilities for WhatsApp & SMS are lost if turned off.
Good to know
Soft Bounce Email Causes:
- Full mailbox
- Server issues
- Message size too large
- Sender restrictions
- Spam detection
Hard Bounce Email Causes:
- Permanent errors, e.g., invalid recipient address
- Strict email security filters
