↪️ Redirect Emails to Bookboost
When using Bookboost's Unified Inbox, it's essential to centralize all guest communication—including email replies—in one place. This ensures that your team can maintain a seamless and consistent experience across all channels.
📣 If You Use Your Own Domain:
If you're using your own email domain (e.g., info@yourhotel.com
) as the reply-to address in Bookboost, it's essential to set up email redirection. While this setup ensures a professional and branded appearance, guest replies will not be delivered to Bookboost automatically—they will go directly to the inbox of the email address you used (e.g., info@yourhotel.com
).
To avoid fragmented communication and ensure every message is captured in the Unified Inbox, you must redirect incoming emails to your property-specific Bookboost forward address.
1. How to Find Your Forward Email Address
- Go to Integrations in the Bookboost Settings.
- Select the correct property from the dropdown at the top.
- Locate the forward email address—as shown in the screenshot below:
📣 If You Manage Multiple Properties:

Once all steps are complete, take a moment to test the setup and confirm everything is working correctly. Make sure that:
- The email lands in your original inbox (e.g.,
info@yourhotel.com
).
- It is automatically redirected to your Bookboost forward address.
- It appears as a guest message in your Bookboost Unified Inbox.
Verifying this ensures that guest replies are flowing correctly into your communication hub and that your team can respond without missing a beat.
If something doesn’t work as expected, double-check your forwarding rules or contact your Bookboost Customer Success Manager for support.
