Introduction

A Broadcast is a one-time campaign used to communicate occasional updates or promotions to your guests. Unlike automated campaigns triggered by guest journey events, broadcasts are manually scheduled and typically sent for special announcements—such as a weekend restaurant offer or a one-time event.

Broadcasts share a similar setup structure to Campaigns in the Guest Journey module. If you’re familiar with campaigns, you’ll find broadcasts easy to configure as well.

A Broadcast is a manual, single-send message campaign. It allows you to:

  • Choose one or more communication channels (SMS, WhatsApp, Email).
  • Craft a custom message.
  • Select a target guest group or profile filter.
  • Send it at a specific time, ideal for marketing or operational updates.
