Where to Find Custom Tokens in the Platform
Once custom tokens are enabled, you can access them as follows:
- To create them: Navigate to Campaigns, where you will find the Custom Tokens section. From there, you can create new custom tokens for properties, rate plans, space types, and spaces:
- To include them in campaigns: In campaigns, search for custom tokens in the Tokens section, where all other tokens are located. Please note, tokens will only appear in the property where they were created. For example, if custom tokens were not added to Property B, campaigns in Property B will not display those tokens.
