📘 Set Up the Direct Expedia Integration
Looking to activate the direct connection between Expedia and Bookboost? You’re in the right place! Just follow these simple steps to get everything set up and ready to go.
Step-by-Step Setup via Expedia Partner Central
1. Log into Expedia Partner Central
Head to partnercentral.expediagroup.com and sign in with your property credentials.
2. Go to Connectivity Settings
From the left-hand menu:
- Click on Rooms and Rates.
- Then select Connectivity Settings.
3. Add Bookboost AB as a Provider and Connect Messaging
Inside Connectivity Settings:
- Click the blue Add a provider button.
- Search for Bookboost AB and select it.
- Click Next to proceed.
- Under the Messaging section, click the Connect button.
- Click Next, then Confirm to complete the setup.
✅ Bookboost AB will now appear as a connected provider in the list.
Activation Time & Confirmation ⏱️
- Please note that the connection is not immediate. It can take up to 48 hours to become active.
- You’ll know it’s working when messages from Expedia start appearing in your Bookboost Inbox, marked with channel Expedia with Expedia logo.
🚨 If you manage multiple properties:
Each property must be connected individually to ensure the integration works correctly.
- Use the property selector in the top-right corner of Expedia Partner Central to switch properties.
- Repeat the entire setup process for each one.
