- Go to Settings → Websites, or navigate directly to
- Click the “Add New” button in the top-right corner.
- Fill in the form:
- Name: Use an internal reference (e.g., “Main Site EN” or “Luxury Villas ES”). This field is not shown to guests.
- Website URL: Enter the exact website address where you want to embed the Web Messenger.
- Click Save. A script snippet will be generated.
- Copy and paste this script into the
<head>
section of your website.
Tip: Ask your web developer to help if needed.
- After setup, scroll down to customize the appearance of the chat widget—change language, colors, welcome message, and branding.
