🛠️ How to Install Web Messenger on Your Website

To display the Web Messenger chat bubble on your hotel website, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Bookboost platform.
  1. Go to SettingsWebsites, or navigate directly to
  1. Click the “Add New” button in the top-right corner.
  1. Fill in the form:
      • Name: Use an internal reference (e.g., “Main Site EN” or “Luxury Villas ES”). This field is not shown to guests.
      • Website URL: Enter the exact website address where you want to embed the Web Messenger.
  1. Click Save. A script snippet will be generated.
  1. Copy and paste this script into the <head> section of your website.
    1. Tip: Ask your web developer to help if needed.

  1. After setup, scroll down to customize the appearance of the chat widget—change language, colors, welcome message, and branding.

➕ Creating Multiple Web Messenger Interfaces

If your hotel manages multiple websites (e.g. per brand or language), you can create separate Web Messenger widgets for each one.

To do this:

  1. Return to SettingsWebsites.
  1. Click “Add New” to create a widget for another domain.
  1. Set a unique internal name and website URL, then customize the widget settings for branding and language consistency.

Each widget works independently, ensuring a localized and branded guest experience per website.
