Quick replies will help your staff provide fast and meaningful answers to commonly asked questions in a voice that fits your hotel’s brand.
How to set up Quick Replies?
To create your own Quick Replies, please follow the step-by-step below:
- Click “Quick Replies” in the left main menu on the Bookboost platform.
- Click “Add new” a. Here, you can see that there’s a lot you can do with Quick Replies, but don’t worry! You only need to fill in the Title and the Text to start using it. b. The Title acts as an identifier for you and will never be seen by the guests. c. The Text is what will be sent to the guest. On the right side of the page, you will see a preview of the Quick Reply. We advise you to add some keywords, which will give you suggestions for Quick Replies when those keywords are mentioned in guest inquiries.
- To add a keyword, type it into the text field and press enter to add it. → We recommend adding some variations of the same word(s) to make the suggestion more dynamic.
