Understanding Conversation Statuses

Each conversation's status helps track its progress and current state.

 
  1. New: A newly received conversation that has not been opened or addressed.
  1. Waiting for Guest: This indicates that the Operator is awaiting a response or further input from the guest before proceeding.
  1. Waiting for Us: The guest has responded and is waiting for the Operator to take action.
  1. Solved: Solved conversations should be when they have been successfully resolved or completed. They can also be automatically closed after remaining open for a specific amount of time.
