The search functionality helps you locate specific conversations or parts of conversations based on different search criteria, enabling you to find relevant information efficiently.

Search Bar: You can search using guest names, primary phone numbers**, primary email addresses**, keywords from the message body, and email content based on the body and subject.

Please note: Secondary contact details not used in any conversation will not appear in search results. If a phone number hasn’t been used in any conversation, it won't be found in searches, even if it’s visible in the profile.

📌 Good to know: As the Operator types in the search query, Bookboost dynamically updates the search results in real-time, displaying conversations that match the entered criteria.
