🧾 Reservation Section Overview

Introduction

The Reservation section in Bookboost allows hoteliers to access detailed information about each guest’s booking. It consolidates key reservation data, making it easier for your team to view, manage, and act on reservation insights in real time. This overview walks you through the layout and functionalities available when opening a guest reservation.

Main Concept or Feature Explanation

The Reservation section includes a comprehensive breakdown of a guest's booking. It starts with the Reservation Number, which serves as the booking reference. At the top-right corner, you'll find a "View in PMS" link, which directly redirects to the reservation inside the connPMS.

This section contains 9 subitems, each showing specific parts of the reservation.
